The Things I Like To Do To Past Time
The things I like to do would be playing basketball and volleyball. Playing sports is one of my main hobbies. Well, let me start off with basketball. For the first part of basketball I did fundamental camps. I started playing actual games in basketball in forth grade, in the fall. The position I play in basketball is called wing. It's called wing because you typically don't shot the ball, but you dribble and handle the ball. I'm crazy about playing that position owning to the fact that I like to run, and I'm not so good at shooting a basketball. We have won a couple games, but not most. I still like basketball though. The other sport I play is volleyball. I started volleyball in fifth grade. I had a choice between club volleyball and Peosta. The difference between club and Peosta is that club volleyball you have to learn how to referee. I didn't want to do that, so I chose Peosta. When you play Peosta all you do is play three volleyball games every Sunday. That only lasted about seven-eight weeks, I didn't like that at all. I loved playing volleyball! I wish that volleyball season lasted way longer. I'm playing volleyball next year though, so that's all right! In my free time from those sports, I like to do crafty art type stuff. I enjoy taking pictures and making scrapbooks. I have scrapbooks that I have made myself, and I have some that my cousins have designed and made for me. Scrap booking is totally fun to do! It just takes a lot of effort, thinking, and patience to do it, but it's totally worth it when you finish. That's basically all the things I like to do. What are the things you like to do to past time?

Allie's Adventure Through Summer
Guess what I did over the summer... Well, first I played softball most of the summer. I played softball until July. I had a game every Monday and Wednesday. As you can see I enjoy playing softball. I have been playing softball since Kindergarten. I was used to using the pitching machine, but now it's more advanced and we have to have a pitcher. The position I play in softball is mostly 1st base and I pitch sometimes. I extremely love playing first base. I don't really like to pitch as much though. My team and I won not all of our games this summer, but that's okay. I really had fun playing softball anyways. In addition to playing softball I went swimming over the summer. I learned how to do a back dive off of the side of the pool, and off the diving board too. I was amazed I didn't do a back flop the first time I tried it. It took a lot of practice, but I learned how to do it in one day. I even started to do a back flip, which was really cool. I was really proud of myself! As well as softball and swimming, over the summer I babysat. I babysat my cousins and my neighbors kids. It was even my first time babysitting little kids with no adults help! The scary part was when the little baby started to cry. I figured it out later that he was tired because he fell asleep in my arms. I really liked babysitting this summer though. It was so much fun to watch and see what the little kids did around you, especially the babies. I think I learned a lot this summer, I would say I had an adventurous and fun-filled summer!

The Amazing Allie
Hello, my name is Allie. I'm in 6th grade and I really enjoy being in 6th grade. The things I absolutely love to do are play sports. The sports I like to play are softball, volleyball and basketball. I also like to hang with my buddies, go swimming and babysit. I really don't like to lose when I play softball, volleyball and basketball. I've found out by playing those sports that it's not all about winning, it's about having fun playing sports. I also like to read. The books I like to read would be the Among the Hidden series. I like those books because I like reading crime and ghost type books, and those books are sure crime and ghost type. I do like other books but, not as much as those. I'm excited about being a blogger because I like typing and talking about things I love to talk about. Well, that's all about me. I hope that tells you a little more about me, Allie.
